1. Our services

​

Beatz Inc Music provides voice, rhythm, performance, and communication programmes for schools, organisations, communities, corporate clients, and individuals in Singapore — including assemblies, workshops, enrichment programmes, vocal, beatbox and rap training, learning journeys, and live performances.

Specific details, scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees are stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, or written confirmation. Information on this website is for general reference and does not constitute a confirmed booking unless confirmed by us in writing.

2. Bookings and payment

​

A booking is confirmed once we have issued a quotation or invoice, the client has accepted in writing, and any required deposit has been received.

Payment terms, due dates, and methods follow the invoice issued for that engagement. Late payment may result in delay or cancellation of services. For school and corporate bookings, please inform us of any vendor registration, purchase order, or payment processing requirements before confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where necessary, including due to instructor availability, venue constraints, or safety concerns.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

​

Any request to cancel, postpone, or amend a confirmed booking must be made in writing. Rescheduling is subject to instructor and venue availability, reasonable notice, and any costs already incurred.

Where preparation, manpower allocation, venue booking, or materials have already been arranged, we reserve the right to charge for work completed or costs incurred. Cancellation fees and refund terms follow the relevant quotation or invoice.

4. Client responsibilities

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information needed to deliver the engagement — including date, venue, group size and age range, objectives, access arrangements, and technical requirements.

Where the client provides the venue, sound system, or other equipment, the client is responsible for ensuring it is available and functional. For school and youth engagements, the client is responsible for appropriate supervision, consent, and safety procedures.

5. Programme delivery and safety

​

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. Programme content, activities, and assigned instructors may be adjusted to suit participant age and ability, group size, venue conditions, time, and safety considerations. Significant changes to the agreed scope will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Participants are expected to follow safety instructions and treat venues and equipment with care. We may stop or modify an activity we consider unsafe or unsuitable. Clients may be responsible for damage caused by participants under their supervision.

6. Intellectual property

​

All content on this website and in our programmes — including text, images, videos, logos, branding, programme names, teaching materials, and lesson content — belongs to Beatz Inc Music LLP or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, teach, or commercially use our materials without our written permission. Materials provided during programmes are for participants' personal or internal educational use only.

Where an engagement involves client-supplied music, images, or other materials, the client is responsible for ensuring these are properly licensed.

7. Photography, video, and media

​

Where photography or recording takes place during our programmes, use of such media is subject to the consent and policies of the relevant school, organisation, parent, or guardian.

We may request permission to use selected photos, videos, or testimonials for portfolio and promotional purposes. We will not knowingly publish identifiable images of minors without appropriate consent. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Outcomes and liability

Our programmes support learning, confidence, and creative development, but individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific educational, artistic, or commercial outcomes unless expressly stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant engagement.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party venues, platforms, or equipment outside our reasonable control, or for the content and practices of third-party websites linked from this site.

9. Circumstances beyond our control

​

We are not liable for delay, cancellation, or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including illness, government restrictions, venue closures, transport or technical failures, natural disasters, or public health measures. Where possible, we will work with the client to reschedule or arrange alternatives.

10. General

​

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will be published here with the updated date. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Use of this website and our services may involve collection of personal data — please see our Privacy Policy.
